The Helesi Pallet Boxes is a carriage and storage unit suitable for a wide range of industrial uses.
The dimensions of the Pallet Boxes enable the optimized space usage in trucks, containers and warehouses, and permit the use as a service container in production departments.
It is a Pallet Boxes suitable for liquids and is resistant to both diluted and concentrated acid and alkaline solutions. It is especially suitable for refrigeration applications due to its resistance to cold and high carrying capacity. The double walled structure, with corner and center-side columns and the conformation of the bottom, featuring reinforcement ribs, guarantee greater resistance to compression load.
This makes the Pallet Boxes suitable for use with heavy loads during transport and storage of bulk and packaged products and liquids.

The HELESI Pallet Boxes can be available in two types: open and close type. The closed type pallet box is suitable for liquids and is resistant to both diluted and concentrated acid and alkaline solutions, due to the high quality raw materials used for their production. The double walled structure, with corner and centre-sided columns and the conformation of the bottom, featuring reinforcement ribs, guarantee greater resistance to compression load. This makes the Pallet Boxes appropriate for heavy loads and storage of bulk and packaged products and liquids. The liquid drainage outlet, fitted in the inner surfaces of the pallet boxes, has 1'' or 2" diameter, enabling the easy and hygienic cleaning of the box interior. |

The open HELESI Pallet Boxes are especially suitable for refrigeration applications, thanks to their resistance to cold and carriage capacity. Manufactured using high quality, food-friendly polyethylene, guaranteeing long life expectancy and resistance against chemicals, frost, heat and UV radiation. Depending on special stacking needs, they can be provided with crossbeam or on base. Also, they are available with a front opening door or small tap enabling oversight and sample taking of the content. Customized names, logos, instructions, serial numbers and graphics can be embossed or hot stamped on the body of the box, making possible the individualisation of the boxes. |
