Round Lid Featuring Patented Safety Function
Safety is a priority at HELESI. In line with the requirements of standard EN 840-6, HELESI has developed a unique opening mechanism which provides full safety without costly additional devices:
The lid lifts around a second turning point. If a person accidentally gets between container and lid, minimal pressure suffices for the lid to open automatically. Therefore it is virtually impossible for anyone to become trapped without additional mechanical elements like bars, locks or push buttons which are subject to wear and tear and which complicate handling.
Flat Lid
Controlled modern production techniques ensure that HELESI's flat lids have an excellent fit on the containers and keep their shape, preventing rain water from entering, and smells from escaping the container.
ChipNest
Individual identification and registration of diverse bin data is possible through special identification chips. Helesi waste containers can be equipped with a cross-board chip nest discreetly placed under the comb bar. This enables the chip to be almost invisible and also offers long-term protection from rain water or mechanical damage. The chip can be programmed individually and is read during lifting and tipping process.
